PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (CORPORATIONS) ACT 1995 - SECT 19

19 Indemnification of certain persons

(1) The following persons are entitled to be indemnified out of property vested in a corporation against all expenses and liabilities incurred in the exercise of a function in good faith in relation to property vested in the corporation in accordance with this Act or any by-law:

(a) a member of the corporation and any other person exercising such a function,

(b) the executor or administrator of any such member or person.
