PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (CORPORATIONS) ACT 1995 - SECT 15

15 Execution under seal by agent

(1) A corporation may, by writing under its seal, expressly empower any person, in respect of any specific matter, to execute any deed, instrument, contract or agreement on its behalf as its agent or attorney.

(2) Any deed signed by such an agent or attorney under his or her seal on behalf of a corporation binds the corporation and has the same effect as if it were under the seal of the corporation.
