PAWNBROKERS AND SECOND-HAND DEALERS ACT 1996 - SECT 7
Dealers in second-hand goods to be licensed
A person must not carry on a business of buying or selling second-hand goods
except in accordance with a licence held by the person.
Maximum penalty: 100
penalty units.
