PAWNBROKERS AND SECOND-HAND DEALERS ACT 1996 - SECT 25
Obstructing authorised officer
A person must not delay, obstruct or otherwise hinder an authorised officer in
the performance of the officer’s functions under this Act.
Maximum penalty:
50 penalty units.
