PLANTATIONS AND REAFFORESTATION ACT 1999 - SECT 52
Plantation operations not subject to certain provisions of the Water Management Act 2000
(1) A controlled activity approval is not required under the
Water Management Act 2000 for plantation operations on an
authorised plantation.
(2) A direction cannot be given under Part 1 of
Chapter 7 of that Act so as to prevent or interfere with the carrying out of
plantation operations on an authorised plantation.
