PLANTATIONS AND REAFFORESTATION ACT 1999 - SECT 51
Plantation operations not subject to certain orders under the Local Government Act 1993
A local council may not give an order under section 124 of the
Local Government Act 1993 so as to prevent or interfere with the carrying out
of plantation operations on an authorised plantation.
