PLANTATIONS AND REAFFORESTATION ACT 1999 - SECT 31

31 Compliance with Code
(1) The owner and manager of an authorised plantation must ensure that
plantation operations on the plantation are carried out in accordance with any
provisions of the Code applying to the plantation.
(2) In the case of an
authorised plantation which is a State forest or other Crown-timber lands,
this requirement is a condition of any relevant licence, lease or other
authority under the Forestry Act 1916 (whether issued before or after the
commencement of this section).
(3) The regulations may create an offence
punishable by a penalty not exceeding 100 penalty units for any contravention
of a provision of the Code by the owner or manager of an
authorised plantation.
