PLANTATIONS AND REAFFORESTATION ACT 1999 - SECT 21
Duration of authorisation
21 Duration of authorisation
(1) The authorisation of a plantation remains in force unless it is cancelled
by the Minister in accordance with this Act.
(2) Any change in the ownership
or management of an authorised plantation does not affect the authorisation of
the plantation.
