5 Freedom of Information Act 1989 not affected
(1) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of the
Freedom of Information Act 1989 .
(2) In particular, this Act does not
operate: (a) to modify any exemption under the Freedom of Information Act 1989
, or
(b) to lessen any obligations under that Act in respect of a
public sector agency.
