PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT 1998 - SECT 34
Appointment of Privacy Commissioner
(1) The Governor may, on the recommendation of the Minister, appoint a
Privacy Commissioner.
(2) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to the
Privacy Commissioner.
