85H Administrative reviews by NCAT
(1) The regulations may provide that a
person may apply to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal for the
administrative review under the Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997 of a
decision made in respect of the person under the regulations under section 85G
in relation to a mooring licence issued by the Authority.
(2) The Minister is
not to recommend the making of a regulation containing provisions for the
purposes of subsection (1) unless the Minister certifies that the Minister
administering the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 has agreed to
the provisions.
