(1) The MSB, and each MSB subsidiary, is dissolved.

Schedules have effect: Schedule 1 (Transfer of assets, rights and liabilities
of MSB and its subsidiaries)
Schedule 2 (Transfer of former MSB staff other
than senior executives).
