Chief Executive to manage and control affairs of Authority
37 Chief Executive to manage and control affairs of Authority
(1) The affairs of the Authority are to be managed and controlled by the Chief
Executive of the Authority.
(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the name of,
or on behalf of, the Authority by the Chief Executive is taken to have been
done by the Authority.
