Minister may contract for supply of services
28 Minister may contract for supply of services
(1) The Minister may enter into contracts for the supply of services required
to be provided by the Minister in the exercise of the functions of the
Minister referred to in this Division.
(2) This section does not affect any
other power of the Minister to enter into a contract for the supply of
services.
