PORTS AND MARITIME ADMINISTRATION ACT 1995 - SECT 19

19 Restriction on sale or disposal of transferred land

For the purposes of section 20Y of the State Owned Corporations Act 1989 , the main undertaking of a Port Corporation includes any land that is transferred to the Port Corporation by order under this Part.

Note : Section 20Y of that Act prohibits the sale or disposal of any of the main undertakings of a statutory SOC (as described in its statement of corporate intent) without the prior written approval of the voting shareholders.
