PORTS AND MARITIME ADMINISTRATION ACT 1995 - SECT 13 Performance standards and quality assurance programs for services under operating licence PORTS AND MARITIME ADMINISTRATION ACT 1995 - SECT 13 Performance standards and quality assurance programs for services under operating licence 13 Performance standards and quality assurance programs for services under operating licence (1) An operating licence is to set out performance standards, and provide for quality assurance programs, for services to be provided by the Port Corporation in exercising port safety functions under the licence. (2) The Minister may vary an operating licence by omitting a port safety function from the licence if satisfied that the Port Corporation has failed to perform the service concerned to the standard required under the licence.
