New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAn Act to establish statutory State owned corporations to operate the State’s port facilities in the major ports; to transfer waterways management and other marine safety functions to the Minister; to establish the Maritime Authority of NSW to exercise those waterways management functions; to provide for port charges, pilotage and other marine matters; to dissolve the Maritime Services Board and its subsidiaries; to repeal certain existing marine legislation and to amend other legislation; and for other purposes.
