Common seal and documents
9 Common seal and documents
(1) The common seal of the corporation shall be kept by the president of the
corporation and shall only be affixed to an instrument or document in the
presence of at least two members of the executive council of the corporation
with an attestation by the signatures of those members of the fact and date of
the affixing of the seal.
(2) A notice, order, summons or other like document
requiring authentication by the corporation is sufficiently authenticated if,
instead of being sealed by the corporation, it is signed by the president and
secretary of the corporation.
