indicates or requires:
"association" means a parents and citizens association, or a district council,
established or constituted under the Education Reform Act 1990 .
"corporation" means the corporation constituted by section 3 (3) (b).
"Federation" means the associations which together form the unincorporated
body having the name “Federation of Parents and Citizens Associations of
N.S.W”.
