PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1898 - SECT 152A
Rules of Court
152A Rules of Court
(1) Rules of Court may be made under the Supreme Court Act 1970 regulating
practice and procedure in respect of proceedings under this Act.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit the rule-making powers conferred by the
Supreme Court Act 1970 .
