PHYSIOTHERAPISTS ACT 2001 - SECT 66

66 Commission may refer impairment matters to Board

(1) If the Commission becomes aware of any matter that the Commission considers indicates that a registered physiotherapist suffers or may suffer from an impairment, the Commission may refer the matter to the Board.

(2) This section does not affect the functions of the Board in relation to a complaint made to the Commission or a matter referred to the Commission for investigation.
