Courts to provide information on convictions
23 Courts to provide information on convictions
(1) As soon as practicable
after a registered physiotherapist is convicted of an offence or a
sex/violence criminal finding is made against a registered physiotherapist,
the Clerk or other proper officer of the court must (if the court is aware
that the person is a registered physiotherapist) notify the Board of the
conviction or criminal finding together with details of any penalty imposed
for the offence.
(2) The regulations may provide that this section does not
apply in respect of particular offences.
