PSYCHOLOGISTS ACT 2001 - SECT 9

Competence

9 Competence

For the purposes of this Act, a person is competent to practise psychology only if the person has sufficient physical capacity, mental capacity and skill to practise psychology and has sufficient communication skills for the practice of psychology, including an adequate command of the English language.
