PSYCHOLOGISTS ACT 2001 - SECT 71

71 Voluntary suspension or conditions on registration

The Board may impose conditions on a registered psychologist’s registration or suspend the psychologist’s registration if:

(a) an Impaired Registrants Panel has recommended that the Board do so, and

(b) the Board is satisfied that the psychologist has voluntarily agreed to the recommendation.
