PSYCHOLOGISTS ACT 2001 - SECT 69
Psychologist entitled to make representations
69 Psychologist entitled to make representations
(1) A registered psychologist who is the subject of any inquiry by an Impaired
Registrants Panel is entitled to make oral or written representations to the
Panel with respect to the matters being or to be the subject of the inquiry.
(2) This section does not prevent the Panel from conducting an inquiry in the
absence of the registered psychologist to whom it relates, as long as the
psychologist has been given notice of the inquiry under section 68.
