PSYCHOLOGISTS ACT 2001 - SECT 58

58 Tribunal to be notified of suspensions

If the Board suspends the registration of a registered psychologist under section 54, the Board must notify the Chairperson that it has taken that action as soon as practicable after making the order and, in any event, within 7 days.
