PESTICIDES ACT 1999 - SECT 90
Court may revoke restraining order
90 Court may revoke restraining order
(1) The court that made a restraining
order may revoke the order, on application made to it by the person in
relation to whose property it was made.
(2) The court may refuse to revoke
the order if the person does not: (a) give security satisfactory to the court
for the payment of any amount referred to in section 95 or 96 that may be
imposed on or ordered to be paid by the person under this Act in respect of
the person’s conviction for the offence, or
(b) give undertakings
satisfactory to the court concerning the person’s property.
(3) Subsection
(2) does not limit the discretion of the court to revoke or refuse to revoke a
restraining order.
