Contravention of conditions

59 Contravention of conditions

A person who is the holder of a licence or certificate of competency must not contravene any condition to which the licence or certificate is subject.

Maximum penalty:
• $120,000 in the case of a corporation, or
• $60,000 in the case of an individual.
