PESTICIDES ACT 1999 - SECT 51
Duration of licence
51 Duration of licence
(1) Once a licence is granted, the licence remains in
force until it is suspended or revoked by the Environment Protection Authority
or is surrendered to the Authority.
(2) A licence is, while it remains in
force, subject to any variations made to the licence under this Act.
