Licence conditions
49 Licence conditions
(1) A licence may be granted subject to such
conditions as the Environment Protection Authority thinks fit to impose and
that are specified in the licence.
(2) In addition to the conditions imposed
by the Authority, it is a condition of an aircraft (pesticide applicator)
licence that the holder of the licence must notify the Authority of any
incident where a pesticide leakage or spill has occurred as the result of a
crash or forced landing of an aircraft that is operated under the authority of
the licence. Such notice must be given as soon as practicable after the
incident occurs.
(3) The Authority may at any time by notice in writing
served on the holder of the licence: (a) revoke or vary any condition to which
the licence is subject, or
(b) impose new conditions to which the licence is
subject.
