(a) a certificate of competency, or
(b) a pesticide control order.
Maximum penalty:• $120,000 in the case of a corporation, or• $60,000 in the case of an individual.
Note: Failure to comply to comply with the conditions of any such certificate of competency, or with a pesticide control order, is an offence under this Act.
