97A Keeping of geological plans, maps and records
To the extent required by
the regulations, every holder of a petroleum title must--
(a) keep accurate
geological plans, maps and records relating to the land comprised in the
title, and
(b) furnish to the Minister such geological and other plans and
information as to the progress of operations on such land as the Minister may
from time to time require.
