Waiver or refund of fees
94T Waiver or refund of fees
(1) The Secretary may refund or waive payment
of the whole or any part of a fee that this Act requires to be paid, on his or
her own initiative or on the application of the person who is required to pay
the fee, if the Secretary is satisfied that there is good cause for doing so.
(2) The regulations may make further provision for the waiver or refund of
fees payable under this Act.
