Effect of cancellation or suspension
94R Effect of cancellation or suspension
(1) The cancellation of a
petroleum title does not affect any liability for a fee payable under this
Part that arose on a date that occurred before that cancellation.
(2) Subject
to the regulations, a fee does not cease to be payable under this Part, or
become refundable, because the Minister suspends operations under the
petroleum title.
