Assessment of liability
94N Assessment of liability
(1) The Secretary is to assess the liability of
a person for a fee payable under this Part.
(2) The Secretary may reassess
the liability of a person for a fee payable under this Part if-- (a) it
appears that a previous assessment was incorrect, or
(b) a reassessment is
otherwise authorised or required by this Act or the regulations.
