Refunds and rebates of royalties
91A Refunds and rebates of royalties
(1) The regulations may make provision
for or with respect to the refund or rebate of royalty payable or paid under
this Act.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may prescribe
the criteria for eligibility for a refund or rebate, which may include that a
contribution has been made for the purpose of funding any programs for the
benefit of the community.
