PETROLEUM (ONSHORE) ACT 1991 - SECT 84

84 Royalty periods

In this Division, the
"royalty periods" for a particular petroleum title are--

(a) the period from and including the date of granting of the petroleum title to the end of the named month during which that date occurs, and

(b) each named month of the year thereafter.
