69DB Application of mandatory provisions of access codes
(1) An
access arrangement is taken to include provisions in the same terms as the
mandatory provisions of the access code.
(2) A provision of an
access arrangement has no effect to the extent that it contains obligations on
the holder of the prospecting title that are less stringent than those in a
mandatory provision.
