New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA Government Department or statutory authority or the Director of Planning, if served with a notice under this Division, may, within the period specified in the notice, by instrument in writing lodged with the Minister:
(a) object to the granting of a production lease, or
(b) propose that the conditions specified in the instrument be included in the lease, if granted.
