(1) The regulations
may provide that a reference in any petroleum title to the holder of a
specified office within the Department is, for the purposes of the performance
of any specified function in connection with the title, to be read as a
reference to the Minister, and the petroleum title is to be construed
accordingly.
(2) Nothing in this section affects the Minister's power of
delegation under section 113B (1).
