"assessed deposit" has the meaning given by section 106E.
"group security deposit" means a single security deposit that, under a
security deposit condition or conditions, is required to be given and
maintained in respect of more than one petroleum title.
"minimum deposit" has the meaning given by section 106H.
(2) In this Part, a reference to obligations under this
Act does not include a reference to any obligation to pay royalty under this
Act, compensation under Part 11 or a fee payable under Part 7A.
