(1) The Minister may on such terms as the
Minister thinks just grant for joint or several use temporary rights of way
through, on or in any land for the construction of access roads to the land
comprised in a petroleum title.
(2) A right of way granted under this section
subsists for the period specified in the instrument effecting the grant.
(3)
The Minister may from time to time vary or revoke any grants under this
section.
(a) without the concurrence in writing of the Water Administration
Ministerial Corporation, where the lands concerned are within an irrigation
area as defined in the Crown Lands Act 1989 (as in force immediately before
its repeal), or
(a1) without the concurrence in writing of the Lands
Administration Ministerial Corporation constituted by the
Crown Land Management Act 2016 , or
(b) without the concurrence in writing
of the Minister for the time being administering the National Parks and
Wildlife Act 1974 , in any other case.
