(a) any premises
at which the inspector reasonably suspects that any prospecting operations or
mining of petroleum are being or are about to be carried out, at any time, and
(b) any premises that the inspector reasonably suspects have been, are being
or are likely to be affected by prospecting operations or mining of petroleum,
at any time, and
(c) any premises where the inspector reasonably believes
that documents that relate to any activity referred to in paragraph (a) or (b)
are kept, at any time.
(2) The power to enter premises authorises entry by
foot or by means of a motor vehicle or other vehicle, or by an aircraft, or in
any other manner.
(3) Entry may be effected with the aid of such police
officers or other inspectors as the inspector considers necessary and with the
use of reasonable force.
(4) Entry may be effected to any premises with the
authority of a search warrant under section 104A.
