(1) The salary, wages or other remuneration of a non-executive officer is,
except in so far as provision is otherwise made by law, such as may be
determined from time to time by the Commissioner.
(2) A non-executive officer
may sue for and recover the amount of the remuneration of the officer that is
determined under this section.
