Performance reviews
43 Performance reviews
(1) An executive officer’s performance must be reviewed, at least annually,
by the Commissioner or by some person nominated by the Commissioner.
(2) Any
such review is to have regard to the agreed performance criteria for the
position and any other relevant matter.
