(1) The Acts specified in Part 1 of Schedule 3 are repealed.
(2) The regulations and rules specified in Part 2 of Schedule 3 are repealed.
(3) Different days may be appointed for the commencement of this section and
Schedule 3 for the purpose of repealing different Acts or statutory
instruments, or different provisions of an Act or statutory instrument, on
different days.
