POLICE ACT 1990 - SECT 187

187 Transitional
(1) The provisions of this Act and the regulations relating
to disciplinary proceedings against members of the NSW Police Force apply to
conduct before as well as to conduct after the commencement of this Act.
(2)
This section is subject to Parts 1 and 6 of Schedule 4.
