POLICE ACT 1990 - SECT 184
Conduct and performance of administrative officers
(1) The provisions of
Part 2.7 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 apply to
administrative officers in the same way as they apply to officers of the
Public Service.
(2) For that purpose: (a) a reference to the appropriate
Department Head is to be read as a reference to the Commissioner, and
(b) a
reference to the Public Service is to be read as a reference to the
NSW Police Force.
