Application of Division134 Application of Division
This Division applies to and in respect of the investigation of misconduct matters concerning police officers and the NSW Police Force.
Note : The Commissioner may decide to take action with respect to administrative employee misconduct matters in accordance with Part 8 of the Government Sector Employment Rules 2014 .
