PIPELINES ACT 1967 - SECT 5D

5D Functions of pipelines committees

The functions of a pipeline committee are:

(a) to investigate applications for licences that are referred to it by the Minister, and

(b) to provide advice to the Minister with respect to any other matter referred to it by the Minister.
